2003 - Commissioner Jack Dawson removes the sign from South Access
Road, which opened today at 3:00pm. The roadway, which was washed out
in the July 2002 flood, opened to through traffic today. The Comal County
Road Department gave this project priority and promised to open the roadway
by February. Permanent guard rails will be installed on the road in the
coming weeks. |
