PERMITTING ISSUES
Utilities located in the county road right-of-way require approval
through a permitting process. The county Utility Road Crossing Inspector
will assist in ensuring county regulations are met in order to issue
a permit. The compliance will cover right-of-way obstruction, diversion
of water, and damage to the county road.
There is an application fee for a Utility Road Crossing Permit as
required by Title
4 – Construction within Public ROW or Across County Road Order.
