Driveways
PERMITTING ISSUES
Driveways that connect to a county road require approval through a
permitting process. The county PIPROW (Private Improvement in the
Public Right-of-Way) inspector will assist in ensuring county regulations
are met in order to issue a permit. This compliance will cover right-of-way
obstruction, diversion of water, and damage to the county road.
There is a $25 application fee for a PIPROW Permit as required by
Title 4 - Construction
within Public ROW or Across County Road Order. |
