The Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), the US Department of Agriculture agency that works in partnership to conserve and sustain natural resources, will contract out the clean up of flood debris on private property as a result of the flood on July 4-8, 2002.

This consent form MUST be filled out and notarized for crews to enter private property and remove debris.
